Data that stays on your device

Your grid (slot images, names, tags, personalities, and pets) is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB and localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you export it as a file. Clearing your browser data will delete everything.

Server logs

TomoPlanner is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare logs basic request metadata (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. We don't access or use these logs for analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on what they collect.

Analytics

TomoPlanner uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how the site is used. Umami does not collect personal data. It does not use cookies, track users across the web, or identify individuals in any way. All analytics data is anonym and aggregated: page views, browser type, country, and device information only.

• ✕No ads, tracking, or third-party scripts beyond Umami.
• ✕No cookies beyond what Cloudflare sets for security.
• ✕We don't sell or share your data with anyone.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to request information about data we hold or request deletion. Since all your data lives in your browser and Umami analytics data is fully anonymous and aggregated, there's no personal data we can associate with you. Contact us through Discord regardless.
